More than 300 contestants are expected to participate in the International Muscle Contest Vietnam 2019. The event will be held on August 17 at Ho Xuan Huong Stadium, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
The candidates come from different countries such as America, Australia, Japan, Korea, and other regions in Asean area like Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
This is the third consecutive time that the Muscle Contest has been held in Vietnam. The International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) President Tamer El-Guindy is one of the judges of this year’s event.
Muscle Contest is one of the bodybuilding competitions from 1988 which originated from the US and has since been held every year.
Muscle Contest is not only a place for athletes to show off their muscles and body curves (the result of previous hard training) but also a place where fitness lovers have the opportunity to communicate, get acquainted, and exchange training and nutrition tips through the workshops conducted by the organizers.
