It’s with great pride to announce that for the 3rd consecutive year- Muscle Contest International will hold Muscle Contest Vietnam 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, under the approval of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness. Tamer El-Guindy Chairman is one of the Judges of the Muscle Contest Vietnam this year’s event, which will be held on August 17, 2019, at Ho Xuan Huong Stadium, City. Ho Chi Minh.  

Muscle Contest is one of the leading bodybuilding competitions in the world that was created in 1988 in the US. Muscle Contest has been held every year since it was established with athletes competing from all over the globe and fans tuning in to watch all across the world.  Muscle Contest is not a bodybuilding competition that people across the world spend months of preparation for, but it’s also a place where the global fitness community comes together to connect, and exchange information and products through workshops held during the competition weekend. 

Fitness maintenance or exercise is a form of health and self-care. Fitness training is also one of the popular exercises that is preferred by many people from different backgrounds. In recent years, Vietnamese have put more effort into taking care of their physical health. Therefore, more reputable gym clubs are opening all over the country. The world-renowned bodybuilding competition – Muscle Contest, has been held for the third consecutive time in Vietnam. It’s proving somewhat of an attraction that is not small, more and more people across Vietnam are interested in the health and fitness world.

If Muscle Contest Vietnam 2018 boasts a large organizational scale, many categories, and nearly 300 quality international candidates, Muscle Contest Vietnam 2019 is expected to be more spectacular and explosive with more international candidates. Besides Vietnamese athletes, there will be more than 300 professional competitors from other countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Korea, Singapore, Iran, Macao, Japan, Canada, Australia, the USA, South America, and more. The candidates have had experience in many competitions, so their physique and performance are very professional, it’s promising to bring the audience spectacular and unforgettable performances. Vietnam is pleased to host an event that is beloved not only in the country but across the world.
